Nov. 28, 1925 is the date of their Marriage License from Sullivan Co., Tn. It's likely they married the same date (travelled there), but possibly a day or two later. This date might pose a problem in that other records show her born about 1911, thus, if 1911 she would have only been 14 or 15 (underage). Her orig. death cert. shows birth as Nov. 9, 1909, and that puts her age as 16 yrs., 25 days, on Nov. 28, 1925; maybe still underage. Her tombstone shows birth as 1909. No united-in-marrage document has been found.
